Entries must be complete before a received date will be assigned.
Entries are not considered complete until all documents and full payment are submitted. Certified Mail is recommended for proof of delivery when mailing entries. Refer to the Schedule of Fees and Services on page 8 for dates and costs, and the Credentials Checklist on page 5 to ensure your entries are complete.
NOTE: To avoid missing the Tier Deadlines, be sure to include full payment with entries. Failure to do so may cause you to miss the deadline and be charged the next tier entry rate
Please provide a valid email address with each entry and save the responses for future reference. If you have not received confirmation of receipt in a timely manner, please check with the Show Secretary before resubmitting your entry. It is the responsibility of exhibitors to confirm receipt of their entries. Show Management is not responsible for lost entries.
All adds and scratches will be accepted via text 305-619-4969 ONLY
All horses must be registered before arrival on show grounds no exceptions. Liability forms must be received for any and all persons before they arrive on show grounds — parent or guardian must sign for participants under 18.
