PFHA Memberships

When you join the Paso Fino Horse Association, you’re joining an international community. The PFHA is represented by regional groups that cover all 50 states as well as Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, South America, Central America, and Europe. Joining one of PFHA’s regional groups is the best way to get plugged in as a member and meet others with similar interests. Shows, clinics, trail rides, and other activities are going on now.

Since 1972, the Paso Fino Horse Association has been promoting the interests of its members and promoting the “smoothest riding horse in the world”. The PFHA is dedicated to the protection of the Paso Fino registry and maintaining the breed’s unique heritage, gait, and style.
Breeders, trainers, trail riders, show competitors, and anyone interested in the breed is sure to find value in the many benefits of membership.

Member benefits:

  • The ability to conduct business at discounted, member-only rates.
  • The opportunity to list horses for sale, studs at service, tack for sale, and job opportunities on the PFHA Marketplace. Basic listings are always free.
  • A subscription to the official publication of PFHA, the Paso Fino Horse World magazine.
  • The ability to compete in regional and national PFHA shows and participate in the money winning programs.
  • The ability to participate in PFHA’s award winning programs for the Recreational Rider, including Pasos for Pleasure, Ticket to Ride, Competitive Trail, Endurance Trail, and Pleasure Long Distance Trail.
  • Youth have the ability to attend the PFHA Youth Camp as well as other youth only events and are able to try out for the Youth Equitation Mundial Team USA to represent PFHA against other countries in Paso Fino show competition.

PFHA offers the following membership categories.
