To avoid missing the Tier Deadlines, be sure to include payment in full with your entries. Failure to do so may cause you to miss the deadline and be charged the next tier entry rate.
The Show Secretary will confirm receipt of each entry or request additional information via email. Please provide a valid email address with each entry and save responses for future reference. If you have not received confirmation of receipt in a timely manner, please check with the Show Secretary before resubmitting your entry.
It is the responsibility of exhibitors to confirm receipt of their entries.
Show Management is not responsible for lost entries.

Copies of the following credentials must be scanned and emailed to the Show Secretary. Additional copies of these documents must be available for inspection at any time during the show by Show Management, PFHA officials and/or the USEF Steward.
Exhibitors will be notified of any changes or additions to this Prize List as soon as possible via PFHA E-News and changes will also be noted on the website https://pfha.org/gns/
